Green Pea Salad
This salad is perfect for a light summer meal. It is easy to make and can be enjoyed with any type of bread or cracker.

Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked green peas
– 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
– 1/4 cup diced celery
– 2 tablespoons diced red pepper
– 2 tablespoons diced green pepper
– 2 tablespoons diced yellow pepper
– 2 tablespoons diced white onion
– 1/4 cup white white onion
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoon kosher salt
– 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

In a large bowl mix, green peas,red onion,red pepper,green pepper,yellow pepper,white onion

Add olive oil, mustard, honey and mix

Add paprika and mix

Add salt and pepper to taste
